Automobile Dealership Accounts Payable Accountant

Description of the role: The Automobile Dealership Accounts Payable Accountant at Naples Nissan is responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the dealership's accounts payable department. This includes processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendors. Responsibilities: Process invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner Manage vendor relationships and communicate effectively regarding payment inquiries Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices Assist in month-end closing procedures and produce financial reports Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions Requirements: Previous experience in accounts payable or similar role Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office; experience with Reynolds Ignite a plus.
