Senior IT Business Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
Seeking a strong functional IT business professional with experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud and EDI environments. This role is focused on understanding business processes, identifying operational issues, and effectively communicating with IT teams to drive solutions - this is a functional role, not a hands-on technical/development position.
The ideal candidate will:
- Strategic Liaison: Serve as the functional lead and "translator" between business stakeholders and global technical teams (U.S., Europe, India).
- ERP Operations: Maintain and support Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) health, validating data flows and ensuring stable business operations.
- Incident & Problem Management: Coordinate triage for major incidents, document user impacts, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent future disruptions.
- Process Optimization: Conduct process analysis to identify gaps in Supply Chain workflows (O2C, P2P, inventory, logistics) and propose automation or system enhancements.
- Change & Release Management: Lead business readiness activities, including test case preparation, functional validation across environments (DEV/TEST/PROD), and stakeholder communication.
- Vendor Management: Partner with external service providers to ensure requirements are met and service levels are maintained.
- Senior Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, ERP Support, or Business Relationship Management.
- Functional ERP Depth: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP is highly preferred. High-level SAP experience is acceptable for candidates with a strong overall profile.
- Pressure Management: Proven ability to maintain composure and deliver results in high-stress, high-pressure environments where system uptime is critical.
- Business-IT Translation: A unique ability to understand complex business processes and explain them to technical developers, while also explaining technical limitations to business leaders.
- Adaptability: Must be comfortable pivoting between competing priorities and managing shifting project demands.
- Industry Background: Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is strongly preferred (e.g., P&G, PepsiCo, Kellogg's) due to the high-volume nature of the business.
- Integration & Middleware: Understanding of how applications communicate via APIs, Boomi, or OIC .
- EDI Knowledge: Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for customer orders, invoicing, and banking.
- Global Exposure: Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Fort Worth / 2 days remote).
- Hours: Standard 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but requires high flexibility. Early starts (7:00 AM) or occasional late finishes may be necessary to support global teams or critical project milestones.
- Interview Process: 3 rounds of interviews.
