Physical Therapist Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in acute care and outpatient settings is a plus

Physical Therapist Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, goals, and needs.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and modalities, such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Track and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate findings with patients and other healthcare professionals.
