About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to lead the maturation and scaling of its growth engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end growth process, from building brand awareness in the education sector to generating and converting demand for new school founders. This role requires a strategic and hands-on commercial leader with a proven track record in marketing, growth, and sales, including the ability to build a full-funnel growth engine and a deep understanding of performance marketing. The Head of Growth will also be tasked with developing and managing a high-performing growth team, as well as identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships to accelerate the company's growth. Candidates for the Head of Growth position at the company should have at least 10 years' of experience in marketing, growth, and/or sales, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and a background in selling to small operators, entrepreneurs, or similar. The role demands a leader with a bias toward action, who is resourceful, entrepreneurial, and can thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a builder, capable of creating and implementing growth strategies, and will care deeply about the mission of the company, which is to support the founders of microschools and have a real impact on the education of children. The Head of Growth will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a pivotal role in the company's long-term vision of connecting 1 million students globally through the power of microschooling.
