Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Excelsior Springs, Missouri

12hrs +Rotating Weekends

Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night

Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Excelsior Springs, MO. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Support patients with varying levels of cognitive and physical impairment, including those with dementia, Alzheimer's, and other neurological disorders
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Participate in Continuing Education opportunities to stay current with industry developments and best practices
