Full-time Office Admin to assist with administrative tasks related to our service division.This position requires strong interpersonal skills. Experience with construction or administrative assisting is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, aptitude to working in a fast-paced environment, and good judgment are essential. Candidate must demonstrate great communication skills and the ability to work with others. As a hard-working team, we are eager to reach high goals, all while staying focused on helping execute our long-term vision.Responsibilities:Perform daily updates on timecards and schedulesInput all job information, employees, and equipment into our scheduling softwareReconciling credit cards & fuel cards monthlyAssisting all field operators with any office questions they may haveSchedule orientations and trainings for operatorsAudit and manage all driver files, which includes inputting operator certifications and training documentations into a data base and reviewing that data base daily for any upcoming expiration datesUpdate operator personnel files with any attendance records dailyReview weekly driver score cards and coordinate any necessary improvements needed with field operatorsAssist in job tracking and project paperwork in support of the sales teamReview jobs/project for job tracking, updates, and closuresReview job documentation for discrepancies and completeness of documentsAccounts Receivables/CollectionsMust possess great organizational skillsOther duties as determinedQualifications:Must pass Drug Screen (Required)Valid Driver's License (Required)Background Check (Required)Construction Admin experience (Preferred)Excellent verbal communication skillsBe self-motivated, dependable, and punctualCan thrive in a fast paced high pressure work environment.Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, with the ability to learn other accounting and information systemsBenefits:A-Core offers a generous benefits package including paid time off when eligibleInsurance benefits when eligible (after 60 days)401K when eligible (after 60 days)Growth opportunities with a great companyAll A-Core Inc. employees are expected to completely adhere to the safety policies practiced throughout the construction industry.A-Core is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
