Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources that will inform treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring transparency and effectiveness of care.
