Vendor Management Specialist

The Vendor Management Specialist assists with maintenance of the vendor network which includes contractors and service providers that support the claims process. They will monitor performance and compliance with service-level standards, and address escalations or quality issues. In working closely with adjusters and leadership, they will ensure vendors deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality services that align with company guidelines and enhance the policyholder experience during property claims. Geo-Salary Information An in-person interview may be required during the hiring process State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:$76,829 to $142,213 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA) In CA: Typical hiring range is $98,569 to $120,473 The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
