And we can’t wait to see all that’s to come.About The RoleWe are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to lead Desk, FareHarbor's modern reseller platform for destination management companies and sophisticated resellers. Desk helps teams search and book and resell inventory, build multi-experience itineraries, handle payments and commissions, and run their daily operations in real time.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of travel experiences, hospitality, payments, and B2B SaaS. You will own a product that is both mission critical for established, high-volume partners and central to FareHarbor's future distribution strategy: extending the reach of our clients' inventory through trusted, in-person and hybrid selling channels.The Product Manager for this role must be able to bring structure and conviction to a complex environment. You will balance an active legacy migration, real frontline workflow needs, commercial adoption, monetization, and deep ecosystem dependencies. This requires excellent product fundamentals, meaningful industry or adjacent market knowledge, and the confidence to challenge assumptions, make decisions, and align senior stakeholders without formal authority.What You’ll Do HereOwn Desk strategy, outcomes, and roadmapSet a clear product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Desk, grounded in the needs of concierge desks, DMCs, affiliates, resellers, and the clients whose inventory they sell.Turn market insight into differentiated product bets for high-touch and hybrid distribution: concierge workflows, multi-experience itineraries, vouchers, payments, commissions, reporting, and real-time availability.Own measurable outcomes, including active Desk adoption, migration progress, booking volume/TTV, successful onboarding, payment/processing revenue, retention, and operational efficiency.Build a product that works in the real worldDevelop a deep understanding of the travel experiences and hospitality distribution market in Hawaii and continental USA, including the operating realities of hotel concierges, resorts, attractions, DMCs, activity desks, and multi-supplier resellers.Spend time with clients and frontline teams; distinguish urgent requests from scalable needs, and avoid designing only for the loudest existing Desk users.Define the right product experience for different reseller segments, from simple FareHarbor only resale to more complex businesses that need external inventory, flexible commissions, invoicing, reporting, and merchant-of-record or alternative payment workflows.Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver a simple, reliable, and fast workflow for time-sensitive, client-facing booking moments.Lead the ecosystem, not just the feature listCreate crisp positioning and product boundaries with other products so commercial teams can confidently guide affiliates to the right solution rather than maintain two confusing competing products.Work closely with other teams on shared inventory, availability, booking, content, partner, and reseller capabilities.Partner with commercial, sales, onboarding, customer support, and finance teams to turn market feedback into decisions, enable a credible go-to-market motion, and remove adoption friction.Communicate the why, the trade-offs, and the decision clearly. Build alignment, but do not wait for consensus when the evidence supports a direction.Requirements: Must-Have5+ years of hands-on product management experience, with evidence of owning complex B2B SaaS, marketplace, payments, or operational workflow products from problem definition through measurable outcomes.Strong market knowledge in tours and activities, travel, hospitality, concierge operations, destination management, reseller/affiliate distribution, or a closely adjacent multi-sided marketplace. You understand how booking, inventory, supplier relationships, commissions, and frontline service work together.Excellent PM fundamentals: client discovery, segmentation, opportunity sizing, strategy, roadmap prioritization, hypothesis-driven delivery, product analytics, and outcome-based decision making.Strong commercial judgment. You can connect client value, adoption, bookings/TTV, retention, and monetization - and make product choices that support a practical go-to-market motion.A confident, constructive leadership style. You can respectfully challenge senior stakeholders, create clarity in ambiguity, say no with rationale, and hold teams accountable to decisions and outcomes.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
