JD:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years of technical leadership responsibility.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Full Stack development , including React and TypeScript .
- Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies.
- Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants in production software development environments.
- Strong experience designing and developing Microservices , REST APIs , and cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience working in mature CI/CD and modern software delivery environments.
- Strong test automation experience across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Proven ability to lead teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, application modernization, API-first architecture, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
