Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in line with applicable practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain one before starting)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of state and federal regulations governing physical therapy services
- Skilled in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and direct therapy
- Effective documentation practices for accurate and timely records
- Ability to supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs with confidence
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and care teams
