A+ Heating & Cooling, a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing daily office operations and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently.
• Answering phone calls, and emails.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documents.
• Preparing reports, letters, and other correspondence.
• Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Maintaining databases and updating company records.
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking.
• Supporting HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance records, and employee documentation.
• Ensuring office policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Providing general administrative support to managers and staff.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required
• Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
• Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion
• Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment
• Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a Non-Exempt position.

The physical requirements of this job include:

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
• Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
