Duration: 3+ Months Contract Note: The person we had for this role was a ML/DS teacher and was teaching at a university, so a ML engineer who is junior works or someone similar. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Python-based services and APIs for AI/ML applications. Collaborate with data teams to integrate and optimize machine learning models. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for production environments. Support data processing, model deployment, and monitoring workflows. Contribute to continuous improvement in code quality, scalability, and performance. Requirements: 3 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development. Hands-on experience with SQL. Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). Understanding and real-world working experience of REST APIs, Git, and basic cloud concepts (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure). Experience with data handling libraries like Pandas and NumPy. Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn AI/ML integration. Nice to Have: Exposure to deploying or supporting AI models in production.
