Administrative Support Specialist

Schedule:

Shift: PRN, up to 6-8hrs per week

Hours: Shifts between 8am-7pm

Weekends: Sat mornings as needed

Holidays: no

Key Responsibilities:

Provides basic administrative and technical support for leaders and teams they support.

Managing and monitoring RightFax

Assisting with patient appointment scheduling

Providing administrative coverage for vacations, leaves, and other staffing needs

Manages schedules/calendars and inquires as appropriate.

Addresses basic administrative and technical issues when they arise.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required.

Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred. Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus. Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
