Supervisor de Servicios al Huésped El Supervisor de Servicios al Huésped proporciona liderazgo y orientación al Supervisor Asistente, al personal del programa y a los huéspedes del Women’s Inn. Supervisar y asesorar en el diseño, desarrollo y decisiones del programa. Programar actividades y eventos. Contratar, capacitar y apoyar al personal. Resolver distracción de huéspedes, reubicación rápida y admisiones. Mantener registros, informes de incidentes y documentación de turnos. Garantizar una instalación limpia y sanitaria. Responder a incidentes críticos y controlar la seguridad. El supervisor mantendrá una relación de trabajo cercana con la Directora del Women’s Inn, el Director Asociado y otros Supervisores. Supervisor Asistente de la Mañana en Yawkey House Responsable de liderar y evaluar servicios en un entorno de servicios humanos, con un enfoque en trabajar con individuos que enfrentan desafíos de abuso de sustancias y enfermedades mentales no tratadas.
