Cooperative Care is Looking for In-Home Caregivers in Adams County as we continue to grow and expand. 

We have hours available in the following Counties; Adams, Marquette, Waushara, Green Lake, Western side of Fond Du Lac, Northern side of Columbia, and the Southern side of Waupaca. 

Part Time or Full Time, and Weekend Hours Available

• $16.50 to $17.00 Per Hour Starting Wage
• Earn an Extra $2 Per Hour For Overnight and Weekend Hours
• Paid Travel Time (At Wage)
• Client Errand Mileage Reimbursement (.30 Per Mile)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for caring individuals to provide 24/7 care and support to individuals with their Activities of Daily Living such as:

• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, showering, toileting)
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Run Errands/ Shopping
• Respite

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid WI Driver's License
• Have or Obtain Auto Liability Insurance (100/300/100) Liability Amounts
• Have Reliable Transportation
• Able To Pass Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
• Maintain Professional Boundaries 
• Must Be Willing to Travel Up To 30 Miles from Home
• Must Be Willing to Assist Clients with Personal Cares. (Bathing, Dressing, Showering, Toileting)
• Ability to Show Kindness and Compassion to Those We Serve
• Ability to Treat Others and Their Property with Respect and Dignity
• Must Be 18 Years or Older, with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must Pass Pre-Employment Physical. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull from high/low positions, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit, and climb stairs; may be repetitive.
