Job Overview Yuba City Dental Assistant School is hiring a Part‑Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12‑week hands‑on clinical training programs. Job Details Schedule: Saturdays, 7:30 am – 6:30 pm (breaks included). Note: teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability. Location: Yuba City, CA (In‑Person) Compensation: $30–$32 /hr, depending on experience. Responsibilities Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques. Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols. Coach students during hands‑on lab practice. Provide performance feedback and skills assessments. Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards. Foster a supportive, structured learning environment. Qualifications 5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience. Active Radiology Certification. CPR/BLS Certification. Strong communication skills; able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience. Able to commute to the location. Nice‑to‑Haves Prior teaching or mentoring experience. Dentrix familiarity. Leadership background.
