Location: Cloverleaf Health Care Center, Knightsville, IN
Position Type: Full-Time Evening Shift (12 PM - 8 PM)
Cloverleaf Health Care Center is a skilled nursing facility committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team and contribute to creating delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.
Shift: 1pm -9pm
Prepare and serve meals following established recipes and portion control guidelines.
Coordinate food production with meal serving schedules.
Memorize menu items, plate appearances, and portion specifications.
Adhere to special dietary orders and standard recipes.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and food production codes.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one (1) year of dining services experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar setting preferred.
Culinary school training is a plus.
Must be 18 years or older.
