Location and Compensation Location: 5030 S. Broadway, Englewood, Colorado 80110. Brand: EZPawn. Pay range: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour. Position Overview Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) – Join our team in a fun, fast‑paced retail environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development. Career Path Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program, earning a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker. Progress through our Pawnbroker Certification Program ($1/hour) and Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader). Advancement to Assistant Manager follows a 6‑month training program. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting in person and over the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Offer mutually satisfying agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong multitasking skills. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer). Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background, bilingual, or other relevant experience is a plus.
