Responsibilities Prepare all cakes, cookies, and tarts according to company recipes and standards. Ensure cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts meet Uncle Tetsu standards for flavor, color, and aroma. Guide and assist Baker Assistants, including training. Perform all duties of a Baker Assistant as required. Qualifications Some high school education. Minimum one year of operations experience. Food safety certification (local/municipal Food Handler) obtained at applicant’s expense. Reliable and dependable attendance. Physical Requirements Work in a hot kitchen environment with steam and food vapors. Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and reach 36 inches. Prepare hot and cold foods quickly while maintaining accuracy. Work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
