Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Washington, District of Columbia. The role involves helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a skilled nursing setting, while traveling within the DC area. Responsibilities • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including evaluations, treatment planning, and functional mobility training. • Document care in electronic medical records. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient rehabilitation goals. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active District of Columbia Physical Therapy license. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred. Experience with geriatric patient populations, restorative programs, and functional mobility training preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records and perform standard PT evaluations and treatment planning.
