A highly regarded and growing firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership on critical financial reporting initiatives, process improvements, and audit-related activities while contributing to the continued growth and sophistication of the accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support quarterly and annual financial reporting packages in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Partner with finance leadership to improve reporting processes, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit requests, testing, and year-end deliverables.
• Help maintain consistency and accuracy across reporting processes and financial statement presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification or progress toward obtaining a CPA is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting, financial reporting, audit, or corporate accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools.
