Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance ($10,000) Short-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Gym Membership Reimbursement Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Employee Parts and Service Discounts Ongoing Training and Career Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts inquiries and purchases Identify, locate, and recommend parts based on customer needs Manage parts sales transactions from initial contact through invoicing and delivery Process special orders and maintain accurate records Follow up with customers regarding order status and parts availability Work closely with the Parts Manager and Service Department to ensure timely parts fulfillment Maintain organized inventory displays and assist with stocking inventory Ensure accurate pricing, billing, and inventory control procedures Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members Follow all company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous automotive parts sales experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills; dealership software experience is a plus Professional attitude and appearance Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a Clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Why Work at Rydell Chevrolet?
