CNC Programmer
Aegis Worldwide
Aegis is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our client's organization. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
- 3-4+ years of CNC programming experience.
- Experience programming directly at the machine using G-code and M-code.
- Experience with both CNC lathes and CNC mills.
- Experience with Haas and Mazak equipment (OmniTurn experience is a plus).
- Strong setup and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfortable working in a production environment and supporting machine operators.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with CAM software (although programming is currently done at the machine).
- Interest in custom machinery or machine building.
- Leadership potential and desire to grow into managing the CNC machining department.
