Chauffeur – Full-Time & Part-Time Available

RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation

At RMA Worldwide, our chauffeurs provide safe, dependable, and professional transportation while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in customer service, professionalism, and safe driving.

Available Shifts:
Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from airports, offices, events, hotels, and other destinations
• Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Respect client privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Accommodate reasonable client requests, including preferred routes when possible
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Stay informed of traffic conditions, weather alerts, road closures, and alternate routes
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding schedules and trip updates

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of local and regional roadways
• Excellent punctuality, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Professional and courteous communication skills with clients at all levels
• Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday each week

Additional Requirements

• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Occasional long-distance travel may be required
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Sign-On Bonus:

Eligible chauffeur positions at RMA, including Black Car Chauffeurs, Motorcoach Operators, and Shuttle Ambassadors , qualify for a sign-on bonus:

• Full-time: $1,200 sign-on bonus
• Part-time: $600 sign-on bonus

Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of continuous employment . Once eligible, bonuses are paid in equal monthly installments through payroll. Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing at the time of each installment payment.
