The community seeks Care Givers to join TerraBella Hermitage. Overview The role includes providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and work areas. Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed. Engage residents in life‑skills and enrichment activities. Position Requirements Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred. High School diploma or GED. Minimum age 18 years. Previous experience working with seniors preferred. Effective communication skills with residents, management, and co‑workers. Superior customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
