Head of Executive Benefits (Contract) - US Focus

We are partnering with a well-established, small insurance firm seeking an Executive Benefits Specialist to support their team on a temporary basis. This role will focus on managing and delivering US employee and executive benefits programs, ensuring continuity and high-quality service during a key transition period. This is a hands-on opportunity to work within a lean, collaborative environment, where your expertise will have immediate visibility and impact. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer US benefits programs, including health, retirement, and executive compensation plans Support day-to-day benefits operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Act as a point of contact for senior stakeholders and executives on benefits queries Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth program delivery Assist with process improvement and documentation during the contract period Requirements Proven experience in US benefits administration, ideally including executive-level plans Strong working knowledge of healthcare, retirement, and executive compensation structures Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders Immediately available or able to start at short notice (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
