Follow programs to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and cognitive abilities.Record Keeping: Keep accurate records to analyze where our individuals’ care needs to be. Behavioral Support: Help maintain and build a healthy relationship by navigating through some challenging behavior and bad days. Help develop positive enduring relationships through dignity and respect. Work with a team to ensure healthy care.Requirements: 18+ years. Must be able to pass a criminal history background check. Must be able to drive individuals to and from places.Education: Highschool Diploma. Great communication skills.Skills: No prior experience needed but preferred.
