We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. Enterprise Pool 1: Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float Enterprise Pool 2: Base rate + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone. 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float Enterprise Pool 3: Flat rate $75.00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah) For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each.
