As a Leader, you will help translate the vision of Chick-fil-A Midland Drive into the everyday experience of our Team Members and guests.

Serve Craveable Food

• Maintain high expectations for food safety and food quality
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Protect taste, temperature, freshness, presentation, and consistency
• Coach Team Members on proper procedures and immediately address opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant
• Treat food safety and food quality as leadership responsibilities, not simply operational tasks

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Lead the team to provide fast, accurate, and genuinely caring service
• Create emotional connections with guests
• Recognize opportunities to recover the guest experience and take appropriate action
• Maintain awareness of the entire restaurant and anticipate guest and operational needs
• Lead with urgency while never sacrificing hospitality, food quality, or care

Own the Business:

Leadership requires thinking beyond the position you are currently working.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to perform and support both operational and leadership responsibilities throughout the restaurant
