This position entails working in a fast-paced environment. The average daily census is 190-200 patients, with rapid patient turnover. Nurses are expected to critically think and manage diverse patient needs. The patient demographic is generally well-informed and vocal about care quality. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential for success. Nurses will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care. Experience with trauma cases and pediatrics is strongly preferred. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with varied start times.
