At CIG Communities, you're more than just an employee—you're a valued team member with opportunities to grow in a company that's expanding into exciting new markets.The OpportunityAs a Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our beautiful communities, ensuring our residents receive fast, professional service while keeping the property's buildings, grounds, and equipment in peak condition.Key Responsibilities:General Maintenance – Maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and exterior buildings to ensure top-quality operations.Preventative Maintenance – Schedule and perform routine maintenance to proactively address potential issues before they arise.Service Requests – Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance needs, ensuring satisfaction and efficiency.Apartment Turnovers – Prepare market-ready apartments by performing repairs, installations, and inspections.Safety & Compliance – Adhere to OSHA safety standards, company policies, and Fair Housing regulations.Grounds & Community Upkeep – Keep property clean and well-maintained, including snow removal and seasonal pool maintenance where applicable.On-Call Rotation – Be available for emergency maintenance needs as part of an on-call schedule.Customer Service Focus – Maintain positive and professional relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.What We're Looking For:1-2 years of property maintenance experience or related field.EPA HVAC Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months, paid by the company).Ability to handle basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred (if the community has a pool).High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.Positive attitude and team-player mentality.What We Offer:Competitive Pay & Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and more)Company-Paid EPA HVAC CertificationOpportunities for Career Growth in a rapidly expanding companyA Collaborative and Engaging Work EnvironmentA Chance to Make a Real Impact in a growing organizationIf you're looking for a stable, rewarding career with a company that values your skills and offers room to grow, apply today!
