Job Title: Tool Maker / Senior Mold Maker

Location: Batavia, IL | Full-Time | 1st Shift | Onsite

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tool Maker / Mold Maker to join a specialized custom tooling and plastics manufacturing environment in Batavia, IL.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced mold makers who enjoy hands-on precision tooling, custom mold builds, troubleshooting, repair/refurbishment, and working in a high-quality engineering-driven environment focused on blow mold tooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision mold fabrication and repair

• Mold refurbishment & preventative maintenance

• CNC/manual machining

• Precision grinding, fitting & polishing

• Tool room troubleshooting & production support

• Prototype/custom tooling support

• Reading blueprints and working with tight tolerances

Preferred Background:

5–20 years of Mold Maker / Tool & Die experience
Plastics manufacturing or blow molding experience preferred CNC, EDM, grinding, milling, and lathe experience Strong troubleshooting and custom tooling mindset
Experience in tool room or precision manufacturing environments
Comfortable with overtime as needed
