Job Summary & Qualifications Repairs electrical circuits. Troubleshoots defective power, lighting and control systems. Installs new services. Completes required documentation. Adheres to all code requirements. Performs preventive maintenance inspections and repairs. Performs assigned area sweeps. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: High school graduate or equivalent. Preferred: 1–2 years on‑job training. Required: Minimum 2 years experience as a painter, vinyl installer, or general mechanic. Preferred: Minimum 2 years previous experience in a commercial environment. Required: Valid active VA driving license; must meet company’s Driver Safety Policy.
