Community Health Technician
Department of Health and Human Services
Job Title
Provide home health visits, patient care and health education to clients within the community in coordination with the Public Health Nursing and/or Director of Nursing.
Participate in all community health promotion and disease prevention activities on the Fort Thompson Indian Reservation.
Provide medically related transportation for community members focusing on the elderly and adolescents that are recognized with lack of transportation resources.
