Job Title

CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–11:30 PM (Mids) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging with primary focus on ER CT scans, averaging 10–15 cases per day
• Operate a Philips 64-slice CT scanner to conduct angio studies and basic CT scans; biopsy procedures may occur on a rare basis
• Cover X-ray duties as needed, including situations where the X-ray technologist is occupied in the OR
• Document and manage imaging workflows using Cerner EMR
• Work autonomously with limited on-site resources, as this role may be the sole CT/X-ray technologist in the building during a shift
• Participate in 1–2 orientation shifts with a preceptor for floor-specific onboarding

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification required
• National Registry (ARRT) certification required
• Minimum 3 years of CT technologist experience required
• Willingness and ability to perform X-ray imaging or willingness to re-learn X-ray procedures
• Must be highly autonomous, confident in clinical skill, and comfortable operating with limited resources
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (driver's license is used as source of truth)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Philips CT equipment
• Background in emergency department or high-volume acute care imaging settings
• Familiarity with angio studies and varied CT scan types
