Record Center Specialist 1

Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the operations department supporting the physical handling, processing, and management of storage materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Record Center Specialist 1

Location: Boyers, PA

Pay Range: $20.50/hr

Shift: Other (08:00:AM - 04:30:PM)

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, and backup tapes
• Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 lbs
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Ensure accurate tracking and labeling of stored items using proprietary systems
• Maintain a clean and organized storage environment to ensure safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs regularly without assistance
• Physical stamina to kneel, squat, reach, and bend frequently
• Basic reading and writing skills in English
• Attention to detail and safety procedures
• Previous experience in a physical or warehouse environment is a plus but not required
