The role involves greeting guests, providing product knowledge, offering recommendations, promoting marketing programs, and actively participating in store meetings to achieve sales and service performance goals. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them in locating or obtaining merchandise based on their needs. Provide prompt recommendations and professional service by sharing current product knowledge, including fit and wardrobe advice and suggesting add‑ons. Emphasize brand direction and inform guests about current marketing programs and upcoming events. Actively participate in all store‑related meetings and work towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of guest and sales experience. High School diploma or GED. “Get things done” mindset with a natural ability to collaborate and identify opportunities. Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
