Associate Manager, POS & Offers

Role Overview The Associate Manager, POS is responsible for the development and execution of national retail marketing POS for all MABI Brands and execution of coupons. The position owns the timeline and process to flawlessly deliver OW1 & OW2. Key Accountabilities Partner with Sales & Marketing functions and external agencies to brief and develop POS tools across the MABI portfolio. Lead and manage the MABI OW1 & OW2 process from start to finish, including managing the POS portal and inventory. Support development, budget tracking, and execution of all consumer offer initiatives including MIR, IRC, and digital couponing. Key Metrics & Financial Targets Volume and Sales. Quantity of Display. Lift on Display. Brand Health. Ownership POS development, procurement, and offer execution. Influence Global Trade equity POS assortment. Veto POS design & assortment that does not support US Coupon offers outside the value strategy. Critical Stakeholders & Relationships Commercialization (field sales, sales operations) Regional Marketing Team Finance & Compliance MABI Creative Team Global Trade Marketing MABI Brand Team Qualifications, Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 2‑4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in Alc/Bev or CPG. Experience with in‑store programming and marketing. Skills Needed To Be Successful Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive annual salary of $71,000 - $89,000 in Chicago, IL. Bonus plan designed to recognize company performance and individual contributions.
