Let's grow the future together. The role is about:We are seeking an energetic and experienced Retail General Manager to join our growing dynamic team at Green Goods! The General Manager is responsible for managing local dispensary Patient Care Coordinators, communicating with patients, handling customer service issues, assisting the dispensary manager and maintaining an efficient workflow during daily dispensary operations. If you excel at leadership, problem-solving, building relationships with your team and customers, and owning the store as if it's your own- this job is for you! This position will report directly to the Head of Market.What impact you'll make:Manage cross functional team of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory managementEnsure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulationsDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue through exceeding sales targets and customer loyalty through increased customer retentionMaintain optimal inventory levels and manage replenishment to ensure product availabilityMonitor labor and material costs to maximize profitabilityInterface with internal and external stakeholders within the cannabis supply chainDevelop and maintain site quality metrics to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfactionUtilize data analysis and reporting tools to assess performance and drive decision-makingDevelop marketing tactics for increasing salesAddress HR concerns, foster a positive work environment, and ensure employee training on cannabis regulations and productsManage, support, and develop your team to work effectively, increase performance, and grow in their roleYou are expected to work up to 55 hours a week (including weekends & nights) to successfully manage the retail operations of this storeWhat you've accomplished:Must have a college degree3+ years of direct employee management experience2+ years of leadership in a retail or customer service environmentOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively with team members, patients, and health care providersPassionate about, and willingness to become knowledgeable about medical cannabisMaintain and safeguard entrusted confidential informationAbility to understand, support, and implement community and organizational policies/procedures, along with government regulationsProficiency with MS OfficeExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to work in a team environment, as well as independentlyAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable to change in the work environmentWhat we offer:Compensation: $75,000-85,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus incentive opportunitiesCompetitive benefits offered: Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA Dependent Care, life that begin on the first of the month after you start401k program with a 3% employer match after six months of employment11 days of accrued PTO in addition to two wellness days & volunteer hours in your first yearWhy Choose Vireo?
