Relationship Banker

Position Title Relationship Banker Business Unit Retail Primary Office Location 13860 East Independence Boulevard, Indian Trail, North Carolina 28079 Position Overview This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent will assist in the execution of branch leads, consistently process all customer transaction requests, and identify opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values and may be required to work at various locations within the market. Primary Responsibilities Promote the sales process by greeting customers, identifying service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and initiating outbound calls. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. Utilize FNB‑approved branch technology to input and maintain accurate data for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Complete and manage the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures. Perform additional related duties and projects as assigned. Act as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risks in accordance with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Minimum Requirements High School or GED. 0 years of related job experience. Skills Required Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience in a related position. Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services. Sales and customer service skills. Licensures/Certifications Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred and may be required.
