Job Summary San Ramon Regional Medical Center began serving residents of the San Ramon Valley and its surrounding communities in 1990. Located on a hillside overlooking the valley, we are a 123-bed, acute-care hospital, primary stroke center, and cardiac heart surgery hospital. Supervises technologists, and ancillary personnel assigned within the department. Activates repairs and controls work progress within those areas of designated responsibility. On-call required; when on-call must arrive to the Hospital within 30 minutes. Qualifications Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited ultrasonography program Minimum Experience/Skills: Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in ultrasound technique Licenses/Certificates/Credentials: Certified with American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) (Abdomen & O.B.). Effective January 1, 2011 Technologist must possess RVS, RVT or VS certification (within six months of hire/ transfer). Current BLS certification for Health Care Providers (AHA certified).
