Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30-45 days

General orthopedics: Total joints. Fractures. Carpal tunnels. Arthroscopies

Clinic & Call Schedule

Shifts Mon - Fri 8-4:30

On Call during clinic hours only

No current mid-level support

Open to an Alternate work week - Yes

Open to 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, Split coverage - Yes

WV license required - Physicians without a current WV License will not be considered

Backup and follow up care after locum provider leaves - One PT Ortho in the community (4-6 days a month)

How many MDs on site and support staff details - Clinic staff will be available
