Only apply if you have hands-on forging experience. We are looking for candidates with 3 to 4 years of real experience, not fresh master’s graduates or interns . RESUME SHOULD emphasize forging experience Plan and perform engineering work in developing and/or improving products, processes, equipment, and quality. Assignments will involve a variety of production challenges and require the use of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. Develops clear and specific objectives for given assignments. Effectively participates in a team setting to achieve results.
