Junior Litigation Attorney

Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom We are currently seeking junior Litigation Attorneys to support the world's largest and highly well-known Fortune 500 clients. This role requires the ability to work on-site in New York City. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of pre-litigation and active litigation matters, partnering with business stakeholders and outside counsel from inception through resolution. Conduct internal investigations, legal research, witness interviews, and factual analysis, while drafting litigation strategy memoranda, demand letters, and other case-related documents. Support all phases of litigation, including discovery, eDiscovery, document preservation, deposition preparation, motion strategy, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Advise internal business teams on litigation risk, regulatory exposure, settlement strategy, and dispute avoidance, while collaborating cross-functionally with HR, compliance, operations, and executive leadership. Qualifications: 4+ years of litigation experience, including hands-on experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and dispute resolution. Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively with cross-functional business teams and outside counsel. Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
