Responsibilities: \n

\n

\n Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.\n

\n

\n

\n *Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.\n
\n *Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.\n
\n *Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.\n
\n *Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.\n

\n Qualifications: \n

\n *Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. \n
\n *Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.\n
\n *Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.\n

Posted Salary Range: USD $30.00 - USD $35.50 /Hr. Bonus: USD $7,500.00
