Our client is seeking motivated, customer-focused Concierge Account Executives to help customers set up essential home services during one of the most important life events: moving.

In this role, you'll work with warm leads and inbound inquiries from movers and renters looking for assistance with electricity, internet, cable, home security, and other home services. Rather than cold calling, you'll be guiding customers through their options, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process.

What You'll Do

Connect with Customers

• Contact movers and renters who have expressed interest through marketing campaigns, referral partners, or other lead sources
• Handle inbound phone calls and chats from customers seeking assistance with home services
• Build rapport and identify customer needs through consultative conversations
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and follow-up

Consultative Sales

• Educate customers on electricity plans and available home services
• Recommend internet, cable, security, and other home services based on customer needs
• Guide customers through plan comparisons and service options
• Handle objections professionally while building trust and confidence
• Complete enrollments accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all customer information and enrollments are properly documented

Customer Success

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through enrollment
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
• Learn provider offerings, products, and industry updates
• Partner with team leads and colleagues to continuously improve performance

• Comfortable working in an office-based sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, inside sales, call center, account management, or customer service experience
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Background in telecom, energy, insurance, home services, or other consumer-choice industries
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
