Position: Part‑time Pediatric Home Care RN – New Richmond, WI Location: New Richmond, WI Benefits 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide part‑time in‑home care for a child living with Cerebral Palsy. This role is centered on meaningful, hands‑on support that helps a child stay safe, engaged, and active in everyday life while remaining in the comfort of home and community. Key Responsibilities Providing skilled nursing care in a home setting Assisting with all ADL's Managing and supporting G‑tube and related care Supporting therapy carry‑over Assisting with daily routines and age‑appropriate activities Accompanying and supporting attendance at medical appointments Participating in community outings such as parks, libraries, and other local activities Providing one‑on‑one support during social events, including birthday parties and group activities Qualifications Current RN license in good standing Pediatric experience preferred (not required, but a strong plus) G‑tube experience A patient, playful, and engaging approach to working with children Comfort supporting mobility and communication needs Ability to collaborate with family members, physicians, and therapy providers Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing routines and environments What Matters Most in This Role Enjoys being active and playful during care time Can help reinforce therapy goals in everyday interactions Is comfortable supporting participation in community and social settings Understands the importance of continuity and trust in pediatric home care If you are a nurse who finds joy in helping a child participate fully in life—whether that’s at home or out in the community—this role may be a strong fit.
