• Hours/week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time
• License/Certs: Active RRT or RN licensure; valid driver's license
• Experience: Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $45 $50/hour
• Mileage reimbursement
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days; additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You'll Do:

• Manage ventilation for pediatric and ALS patients in a clinical setting
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor respiratory equipment
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory care and equipment usage
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced respiratory devices
• Document patient data meticulously and ensure compliance with protocols
• Provide on-call support to handle urgent respiratory needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Active RRT or RN licensure in Massachusetts
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience with pediatric and/or ALS ventilation care
• Proficiency with respiratory equipment software (download/monitoring)
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with on-call rotation
