The selected candidate will be responsible for the remote clinical supervision of graduate nursing students. Subject matters may include Advanced Health Assessment, Family Practice and Primary Care Across the Lifespan.Delivers remote clinical supervision to students in the graduate nursing programProvides engaging assignments that demonstrate the real-world applications of concepts covered.Uses the University's learning management system to post syllabus, assignments and other materials and to communicate with studentsAdvises and assists students through office hours or scheduled appointments, by videoconference, phone or email, and through other University-approved mechanismsProvides service including student mentoring, ongoing course development, and assessmentAdditional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisorRequiredA minimum of a Master's degree in NursingCurrent unencumbered MA APRN licenseMinimum of 3 years of work experience as a nurse practitionerCommitment to graduate and/or professional education and student successExcellent organizational and communication skillsMust be able to work independently and effectively interact with a wide array of parties at all levels (students, faculty, administration/staff, alumni, and external constituents, including healthcare industry professionals)Must be comfortable working with various forms of technologyApplyPlease attach a cover letter and a curriculum vitae/resume.
